Visitors enjoy picnicking, no-wake boating, hiking, biking, nature study, and fishing.  Horseback riding is permitted on designated trails.  The lake has a surface area of 390 acres and has a maximum dept of 23 feet.  More than 1,050 acres of park land surround the lake, including 450 acres, north of State Highway 36, designated as a wildlife area. 58 R.V. Pads / Tent Camping / Showers.

N.P Dodge Park

N.P. Dodge Park is 445 acres with two "double-wide" park boat ramps located on the Missouri River.  There is a nice natural area around the inlet north of the marina for river fishing. A fishing permit is needed from the Nebraska Game & Parks Commission - not available on site. A large pavilion and many picnic shelters are available in the park. To reserve call 402-444-5920.

Much of the park remains a natural, open area. A horse trail is available at the north edge of the park. Bike paths and walking trails are around the south edge of the park.  46 R.V. pads (9 drive-through pads) / Running Water / Showers.
