Boxing Fitness Classes:

Saturdays 8:45am - 10:00am

Wednesdays 5:15pm-6:30pm

This is a great class for youth and adults to have fun while learning basic boxing skills and self defense!

Line Dancing

Tuesdays 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Do you like to dance and need a fun and exciting workout?  Then come down to the Adams Park Community Center and let’s dance into shape together!  This is a FREE class for any skill level and anyone ages 16 years and older can participate.  The first 30 minutes of each class is teaching the new steps and then it’s an hour of sweating dance FUN!  Contact the instructor, Ms. Cynthia Robinson at clrobinson@unomaha.edu with any questions and we hope to see you dancing right with us at the next class!



This is a dance fitness program that is inspired by explosive dance movements and fun for ages 8 years and up.

Mondays: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Wednesday: 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Saturdays: 11:00am - 12:00pm

BiG Ball Volleyball

This is an extremely FUN and active way to stay fit while playing a game that you love.  This class is for ages 18 and older. 

Wednesdays:  6:30pm - 8:00pm

There is a $3.00 drop-in fee or you can purchase a punch card at the front desk.  


Xtreme Fitness - Hip Hop Step Aerobics

This class is a revamp of traditional step aerobics set to old and new school hip music that is fun while getting a great calorie burn!

Saturdays: 10:00am - 11:00 am

FREE for ages 8 years to adult
