Group X is a variety of classes that are offered at Common Ground.  The classes are free for members and paid guests. Monthly schedules of classes are offered below along with class descriptions.  All equipment is provided; however, if you'd like to bring your own mats or weights, you are more than welcome.

Senior fitness is a list of classes offered for active adults and seniors. Classes can focus on balance, coordination, memory retention and more. These classes are free to members and paid guests. Please visit below our monthly senior fitness schedule and descriptions.  All equipment is supplied; however, if you'd like to bring your own supplies, you are more than welcome.

Boot CampJanuary 7th - February 15th 
Registration begins December 21st  

Monday - Friday 5:15 am
Monday - Wednesday - Friday 8:30 am

16 classes              Members: $60.00              Non-members: $121.00
24 classes              Members: $72.00              Non-members: $133.00
Drop-In Rate:  $20
Please take note of the following information:
* It is strongly suggested that you exercise regularly and be in good health BEFORE participating. 
* Participants must be 16 years or older
* Drop-Ins MUST show receipt of purchase to instructors the day of purchase ONLY.
* Prior to each class you will check in at the northernmost computer, get a receipt and give the receipt to the instructor. No one will be admitted without a receipt.
*Attend any boot camp class any time this session ONLY. Unused classes will not roll over. 
* Get a NEW person to sign up and your next session is Half Off!
